Hetacin-K® Intramammary Infusion should not be used in animals that are found to be hypersensitive to the product, penicillin, or cephalosporin. This product is not effective against penicillin resistant staphylococcus. Milk intended for food from treated cows must be discarded for 72 hours after last treatment. Treated cows should not be slaughtered for food until ten days after the last treatment. Please consult the full product labeling for complete directions and safety information.
