Federal law restricts this drug to use by or on the order of a licensed veterinarian

Polyflex^® Injection should not be used in animals that are found to be hypersensitive to the product, penicillin, or cephalosporin. Treated cows should not be slaughtered for food until six days after the last treatment. Milk intended for food from treated cows must be discarded for 48 hours after last treatment.
